Delivery & Returns
Our deliveries are made with Royal Mail, occasionally with Parcelforce or DPD if the parcel is over 3kg.
Standard delivery of parcels up to 2kg will be despatched within 24 hours and with you within 3-5 working days. We endeavour to despatch parcels over 2kg within 48 hours.
Our deliveries are not sent tracked. This is because we want to make the postage costs as low as possible for you, our customers and also because we have found Royal Mail to be reliable, with no issues with our parcels! Woohoo! We do however, receive a postage reference number which provides proof of postage so we can check if a parcel has been delivered, attempted delivery or not yet delivered. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please message us so we can check this for you.
*PLEASE NOTE: We apologise if your parcel takes a little longer than normal to arrive. We have been advised that there may be slight delays with Royal Mail and all other postal companies with the Christmas post. Unfortunately this is out of our hands but we promise, it’s worth the wait! Orders are posted promptly within 24 hours from Little Blue Magpie HQ!
You have the option for a speedier delivery at checkout. This will also be via Royal Mail.
Here at Little Blue Magpie, we want you to be really happy with purchase. Of course, if something isn’t quite right for you, we accept returns made within 14 days for a full refund less the original delivery costs (the amount you paid for delivery). Returned items must be in ‘as new’ condition & in their original packaging. Please drop us an email at email@example.com if you wish to return an item and we will help sort it. Please note: We do not cover return delivery costs.
Please make sure items are well packed; we can’t refund items that are damaged on their return journey to us.
We recommend you get a (free) proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t refund returned items that fail to arrive back with us.
If the item(s) you are returning cost more than £50 we recommend you use a tracked delivery service with insurance to the value of the item(s) you are returning. We can’t refund returned items that fail to arrive back with us, or that are damaged on their return journey to us.
